Congratulations on your new Dodge! Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a muffler delete will not automatically void your Dodge warranty. That said—and this is very important—if your muffler delete leads to issues with other parts of your car’s emissions system, it will void your warranty.
While your warranty may still be valid, removing any part of your emissions system can cause your vehicle to fail an emissions inspection. For these reasons, it’s a good idea to consult your Dodge dealer or a trusted mechanic before you perform any aftermarket upgrades or adjustments on your car.
