You’ve certainly done your research! Technically, no, installing a cold air intake will not void a Dodge warranty. This is because the Consumer Products Warranty Act prohibits dealers from voiding warranties due to the use of an aftermarket accessory.
That said, if your cold air intake modification causes any damage to your Dodge’s engine or other systems—then your warranty would be voided.
