.If you want to cover all your bases and get an IDP anyway, just to be on the safe side, follow these steps:
- Apply with theFIA/AIT
- You must be 18 or older
- Apply before traveling internationally within your home country
- Hold a permanent license in your home country, not a temporary one
- Pay a $20 permit fee
- Bring two photographs that follow thesame standards as a US passport
