Yes, you’ll need to keep your
diving license
with you when you’re driving. If you get pulled over and you aren’t able to present your license to the officer, you can get a ticket for the offense.You’ll also typically be required to present your license to your state’s DMV or Secretary of State office within a certain number of days of being pulled over. Failure to do so can result in a misdemeanor charge for driving without a license.
