Do I need medical payments coverage on both my motorcycle and auto policies?

Wouldn't I just have double coverage since I already have it on my auto policy? It's more expensive to carry it on my motorcycle. I also have health insurance, so do I need medical payments coverage at all?

“Although you have
medical payment coverage
on your auto policy, you’ll still be required to carry it on your motorcycle if you want the coverage. The coverages for each policy are specific to that vehicle, so your medical payments coverage on your auto policy wouldn’t apply to your motorcycle.
Your medical payments coverage is more expensive on your motorcycle policy because you’re more likely to be injured on a motorcycle. Since your insurance company is taking on the risk, they want to ensure that they’re being properly compensated in case they need to pay out for your medical payments.
Medical payments coverage is still recommended even if you have health insurance. Medical payments coverage often doesn’t have a deductible or copay and it provides coverage immediately. Your health insurance may require you to pay upfront and be reimbursed once they review the claim. “
