Do electric cars use fossil fuels?

I am debating getting an electric car but was curious if they still use forms of fossil fuels to power them?

This is an interesting, hot topic right now. The short answer is that, indirectly, yes,
electric cars
do use fossil fuels to power them. But they’re still responsible for fewer emissions per mile than a gas-powered car.
The source of fossil fuels in an electric car comes through the larger power grid in America. In order to charge your electric car, you have to plug it into the power grid. So, in that sense, your toaster, blow dryer, phone charger, etc. all use fossil fuels too.
As the power grid itself becomes less dependent on fossil fuels and moves toward renewable energies, the electric car will continue to become greener - as well as your toaster, etc!
Regardless of your fuel source, you’re going to want to make sure that your car has the best coverage that money can buy. Super app,
