Do electric cars emit any type of smell?

I’ve been learning to do a little car maintenance on my own, but I’m still a beginner. I just bought a truck with a Hemi engine, and I’ve never worked on this engine type before. How many spark plugs does a Hemi have?

I think I’m pretty set on getting a Kia Sorento as my next vehicle, but I’m wondering if it’s worth upgrading the trim from the S to the SX. What kind of interior features does the SX have?

My friend and I are really into German cars, and when we were talking about our first rides, I told him I drove a BMW 328xi in the late 2000s. He thinks I might have had one of the first versions of that model. I’m curious if he’s right. What year was the first BMW 328xi?
