Do driving instructors get drug tested?

Driving instructors must pass a pre-employment drug test before being able to drive any students. After hiring, many driving schools continue to drug test their instructors, usually through random drug testing.
For a driving instructor to become qualified to teach, they must undergo a rigorous screening process and background check, in addition to the training curriculum they will learn.
