Do comprehensive claims raise rates?

My car has been vandalized twice in the past month, although I’m not sure if it’s because thieves were unsuccessful at stealing it or someone just decided to be a jerk. Either way, I need to make a comprehensive claim. Will making a comprehensive claim cause my rate to increase?
