Do companies limit how often you can use roadside assistance?
"My dad told me that I'm only allowed to use roadside assistance twice a year with our Esurance roadside assistance. Is this true? Are there limits on how often you use it?"

“Many companies, including
car insurance
carriers, have limits on usage. Companies want to ensure that you’re calling roadside assistance for emergency situations. By putting a limit on the use, it prevents over usage and keeps pricing fair.
If you are concerned about how often you may use the service, you should look into a separate roadside assistance membership. Many companies offer plans with higher limits or no caps on service.
It will likely be more expensive, but will ensure you won’t exceed your policy limits.”
