Can you travel in a car after a C-section?
Will I be allowed to drive after getting a C-section, or do I have to wait for a while first? I am trying to plan because my doctor said that a C-section is a possibility for me.

While it is okay to travel in a car as a passenger after a C-section, you should refrain from
driving
for at least two weeks after the surgery. If you’re taking narcotic pain medication, you feel dizzy or lightheaded, or if you just feel weak, don’t drive until you regain some of your strength.You should definitely talk to your doctor before you start resuming activities like driving. Every body is different, and yours may need more time to recover before it’s safe for you to get back behind the wheel.
