Can you return a car in Colorado?

I just bought a car the other day, and I was thrilled at first… but after a few days of driving it, I’m having second thoughts. Is there any way you can return a car in Colorado?

Unfortunately, you cannot return a car in Colorado unless the dealership allows it.
Colorado
has no laws in place that mandate dealerships or car sellers to accept a returned vehicle, so it’s important to be absolutely certain about your decision when buying a car in the Centennial State.
If you’re
buying a used car
, you’ll want to be sure to check out a few things before committing to the purchase, such as:
  • The vehicle’s history
  • Any visible damage
  • Maintenance records
  • The actual value of the car
Inspecting the car before buying can go a long way in preventing buyer’s regret. A decision you aren’t likely to regret, though, is shopping for more affordable
