Can you get the electric car tax credit twice?

I recently bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to take off-road. Unfortunately, it’s now making a ticking noise after just two off-road excursions. Since I’ve never come across this issue before, I’m at a loss of what to do next—what is a common cause of a ticking noise in a 2014 Grand Cherokee?

I’m about to embark on a summer desert road trip that includes long stretches without cell service. I know how to change a tire, but it’s hard for me to use a regular car jack at my age. How would you use an electric car jack? Is it easier?
