Here are some options you can look into to get a moving violation off your record:
- Contest the moving violation: If you feel you were wrongfully ticketed, or if a police officer fails to show up to your court hearing with proper evidence, you could successfully contest your ticket and have it removed from your record.
- Plea bargain: You might be able to enter a plea bargain to make your moving violation into a non-moving violation.
- Traffic school: Some states allow you to attend traffic school in lieu of a moving violation on your record.
