Can you get a DUI for driving high in Connecticut?

I’m not sure where to get the radio code for my new Honda Odyssey. Do I need to call the dealership to get it, or is it somewhere in my car?

I have two adult children that were negligent with their credit at a young age. They're only a year apart, and out of nowhere, they both want me to cosign for their loans. Can I cosign for two car loans at the same time?

I'm going to be renting a car from Hertz and there are a few different types of coverage they're recommending. Do I need them? They are supplemental liability, loss damage waiver, and personal accident and effects. I have my own car insurance policy as well.
