I know that not every car is compatible with flat towing but I’m hoping mine will work. Is there a way to flat tow a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek?

There is! The 2021 Subaru Crosstrek can be flat towed provided that it has a manual transmission. If your Crosstrek is equipped with the new Lineartronic CVT transmission, you won’t be able to flat tow your vehicle.
Instead, you can tow your Crosstrek using a tow dolly or a trailer. This method does require more equipment than a standard flat tow, but it will allow you to bring your vehicle from one place to another without too much extra trouble.
