Can you flat tow a 2021 GMC Acadia?
My wife just bought a 2021 GMC Acadia, and she wants to take it with us on our next family vacation. Rather than rack up the mileage, we want to tow it behind our motorhome. Is it possible to flat tow a 2021 GMC Acadia?

Unfortunately, you cannot flat tow a 2021 GMC Acadia. The Acadia is built on the same platform as the Cadillac XT6—which provides a smooth ride, but is not designed for flat towing.
However, that doesn’t mean you can’t tow it at all. GMC approves both two-wheel dolly towing and flatbed towing for the Acadia. If you’re two-wheel dolly towing, just make sure that the vehicle faces forward and that you use the proper equipment as outlined on pages 333 through 336 of your owner’s manual.
