I have a heavy-duty truck. Last week, I finally bought another vehicle to take with me when I go off-roading. However, I want to make sure I can flat tow it. Can I flat tow a 2016 Jeep Renegade or not?

Unfortunately, you cannot flat tow any version of the 2016 Jeep Renegade, regardless of the trim or whether you have four-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. Doing so would severely damage the drivetrain and the transmission.
However, that doesn’t mean you have to leave your Renegade at home. You can easily tow the four-wheel-drive on a flatbed trailer. If you have the front-wheel-drive variant, you can tow it on a two-wheel dolly as long as you put the front wheels on the dolly and leave the rear wheels on the ground.
