Can you add a Ram 1500 turbo kit?

My wife just got a new job in California so we are moving there in August. We’re selling our house in Toronto and hoping to maybe buy an EV when we get settled in. Is it worth buying an electric car in California?

I travel with my dog often and he accompanies me on most errands that I run. I usually restrain him with a leash, but I don’t know if any law exists governing how to restrain a dog. Are there any laws for traveling with pets or dogs in cars?

"I went to the dealership to help my son purchase his first car the other day. It turns out that he’s got good credit and was able to qualify for a car loan without me as a cosigner. The salesman swore up and down he could get him financed at a good rate, and we signed the paperwork and left with the car. After about a month, he got a call from the dealership saying they couldn’t get him financed and that they needed the car back. Is this legal and what should he do?"
