Depending on your make and model, you can put unleaded plus in your vehicle—but it may not be necessary.
Unleaded plus, aka premium unleaded or super unleaded, has a higher octane rating and typically costs a bit more than regular unleaded gas. This rating is usually between 87 and 94. The benefits of unleaded plus may include better engine performance and a tiny reduction in fuel consumption.
