If you had custom part and equipment coverage on your policy, the custom equipment would have been factored into the actual cash value of your vehicle. If you have already agreed to the settlement value, the insurance company won’t be able to provide you with the custom parts in exchange for the original parts.
Should you decide to decline the settlement value, you’d be able to keep your car and custom equipment, but you would be responsible for selling your vehicle or repairing the damage.
