Can I call State Farm to help with my flat tire?

I know State Farm will cover a tow, but will it cover a flat tire? I have State Farm's towing package as part of my policy. I have no idea how to change one myself.

State Farm
has a very comprehensive
Emergency Roadside Coverage
plan. It will cover the following:
  • Delivery of gas, oil, battery, or change of tire
  • Locksmith labor to unlock a covered car if its key is lost, stolen, or locked inside the car (up to one hour)
  • Mechanical labor at the breakdown site (up to one hour)
  • Towing to the nearest repair location
  • Towing if the covered car is stuck on or immediately next to a public road
It is essential to understand that State Farm will pay for the labor to change a flat tire but not the tire itself. They will also only pay for the first hour of labor and you will have to pay for anything past this time limit.
Usually, a spare tire can be changed within 15-30 minutes. This is standard with most towing and lockout services provided by insurance carriers.
As long as you have a serviceable full-size spare or doughnut, you can get back on the road quickly and without having to pay for anything out of pocket.”
