Can I bring a copy of my credit report to the dealer instead of them pulling my credit? I'm simultaneously shopping for a car loan and a mortgage. Finding a car is much easier than finding a house, but I don't want the hard inquiry from my car loan to hurt my chances of getting a mortgage.

, but it won’t do you any good. Every lender is going to run your credit to ensure it’s up to date and has no modifications.It’s good to
be prepared when you go to the dealer
. Don’t forget to bring the other documents they may ask for, like proof of income. If you’re worried about hard inquiries impacting your chance to get a mortgage, then apply for the mortgage first and hold off on buying a car.”
