Can I add my sister's boyfriend to my car insurance policy? My sister comes over often, and while I don't like it, her boyfriend also comes over and drives my car. I'm worried about the consequences if they get in an accident.

If anyone drives your car without your consent, this can be considered non-permissive use and you may not be held liable for damages in the event of an accident.
You might want to ask them to buy
non-owners car insurance
