I know California has the highest concentration of electric cars in the U.S., so I was wondering if there are any incentives for driving an EV. Can electric cars park for free in Los Angeles?

hub of the U.S.! Yes, Los Angeles does have some free parking spots available for electric cars but make sure because not everywhere is free. California has the highest number of EVs registered in the U.S. with Los Angeles being the city with the most EV drivers.
