Can electric cars be charged through a standard 110V outlet?
I’m seriously interested in getting my first electric car but I’m not quite sure if I have the right equipment to be able to charge mine at home. Do you need a special type of outlet to charge an electric car?

Every mass-produced electric car on the market right now comes equipped with a charging unit that is compatible with the standard 110V outlets you have in your home or garage. Standard outlets work perfectly fine to charge your car, but they do require a bit of time to power up the car’s lithium-ion battery.
On average, an overnight charge on a standard outlet can provide you with 50 miles of driving power for the next day, but a full recharge can take up to 30 hours. To decrease you’ll charging time you’ll need to upgrade to a
