You typically will not be able to get a reckless driving charge expunged in Maryland. However, the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) will automatically expunge the offense after a certain amount of time has passed.
In most instances, it will take three years for your offense to be expunged. However, it can take up to 10 years for the charge to be removed in some cases. This usually happens if
