At what age can a baby travel by car?
I just got out of the hospital about a week ago after giving birth to my first child. I’m not the type of person who wants to slow down or put my life on pause after a baby, so I’m itching to get back to normalcy. When can a baby safely travel in a car?

If you’re a go-getter, don’t stress too much. The age a baby can travel by car is about two to three months. So while you might have to wait a few weeks to take junior out and about, you should be back on track in no time.
The reason that you should wait a couple of months has to do with your baby’s immune system. Prior to that, babies are far more susceptible to infections or illnesses. Until they gain some strength and build up their immune system, keep them at home.
