Are there any active Toyota Scion tC recalls?
I’ve been looking at used car lots for a car for my son, who is just starting to drive. There are a few Toyota Scion tCs available for great prices, but I’m worried about problems down the road. Are there any active Toyota Scion tC recalls?

Throughout its production from 2005 to 2016 (its final model year), there were 10
Toyota Scion tC
recalls. Here’s a quick look at some of the different recalls affecting different model years: - 2016: Incorrectly labeled load carrying capacity label, inaccurate load rating label
- 2015: Inaccurate load rating label, loose rear suspension components
- 2012: Incorrectly labeled vehicle weight rating
- 2010: Incorrect tire labels, missing load carrying modification sticker
- 2009: Incorrect tire labels, missing load carrying modification sticker
- 2008: Incorrect tire labels, missing load carrying modification sticker
- 2007: Incorrect tire labels, missing load carrying modification sticker
- 2006: Incorrect tire labels, missing load carrying modification sticker, side airbags inadvertently deploying
- 2005: Missing load carrying modification sticker, side airbags inadvertently deploying, sunroof at risk of shattering
