Can I get a car loan without a Social Security number?

I'm working in the country without a Social Security number. Will someone give me a car loan anyway?

Traditional auto lenders will usually not work with a borrower who doesn’t have a Social Security number. There are some online lenders that will accept an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number instead, though these types of loans are usually classified as personal loans, not auto loans. Lenders will usually want to see a visa, a letter of employment, and payment documents as well.
