The Mustang is an icon of the car world, and it is no stranger to special editions. One of the most impressive and rare of these is the 2012 Boss 302 Laguna Seca, a high-powered Mustang variant.
Named after the iconic Laguna Seca Raceway, this Mustang was built to fit in on city streets and

.In addition to being built for performance, the Boss 302 Laguna Seca was also a throwback to an older Mustang variant. Ford stopped using the name in 1970, but its revival helped make the 2012 Boss 302 Laguna Seca even more of a
collector's car
.From the start, this 2012 Mustang was bound to become rare.
Ford only produced 767 Boss 302 Laguna Seca cars in 2012, complete with Alcantara upholstery, adjustable suspensions, and a five-liter V8 engine delivering 444 hp and 380 lb-ft of torque.
The 'Centennial Editions' are rare Ford cars
In 2003, Ford Motor Company celebrated its 100th anniversary, and they marked the occasion in style.
Instead of offering just one centennial model, Ford offered Mustang, Taurus, Explorer, Super Duty, and Focus anniversary vehicles. Each of these was only offered in black.
While this might seem odd, it is a reference to an important part of Ford’s history, a famous quote from Henry Ford. He said that customers could ask for any color car, "so long as it is black."
The black color of the Model T became part of the vehicle's iconic image, and the Centennial Edition Fords keep this alive.

It might sound bizarre, but in the ‘80s, Ford sold a consumer monster truck. As the name indicates, the Ford F-250 Bigfoot Cruiser was inspired by Bigfoot.

, and was built by Bob Chandler of Missouri as a promotional piece for his 4x4 shop before his truck became a mega-sized off-roading sensation.This consumer version was built to be a monster truck that was street legal.
Visually, the F-250 Bigfoot Cruiser resembled the monster truck that inspired it, and it was equipped to be powerful. The Bigfoot Cruiser had impressive 33-inch tires, a roll bar, and a number of other monster features.
This was, naturally, a niche vehicle, so only 300 models were made.
However, what makes this a truly rare Ford car is that it was very short-lived. Unfortunately, an undetected
