Lexus Partners with Miami Dolphins to Fight Against Cancer

Lexus, Toyota’s luxury brand, is already a common and acclaimed name in the automotive world.

residents and fans of the Miami Dolphins might become more familiar with the car brand, though. According to a Lexus

, they have agreed to a multi-year partnership with the Miami Dolphins. This partnership makes Lexus a prominent sponsor of the Miami Dolphins organization and also means the company will be heavily involved in the "Dolphins Challenge Cancer" initiative.
Background of the Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins, formed in 1966, have such a great influence on professional football. They have won two Super Bowls and five conference championships. The Dolphins are also the only team to win the Super Bowl after an undefeated season, which they did in 1972.
Besides just being a football team, the Dolphins are also very involved in the south Florida community and have helped over 100 organizations.
Among their organizations, they’re known for both their "Junior Dolphins" program, which has helped thousands of youth football players, and the Dolphins Challenge Cancer initiative.

As the largest charitable pledge in sports, the Miami Dolphins have committed $75 million to the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. This donation comes from the Dolphins Challenge Cancer organization.
Dolphins Challenge Cancer raises money and awareness for cancer research through an outdoor exercise event that takes participants all around Miami, including the Dolphin’s "Hard Rock Stadium".

Designed by the Rockwell Group, the Lexus North Sideline Club will bring Lexus' signature quality to the stadium experience. Seats in this air-conditioned club are wider than standard stadium seats and are padded for extra comfort.
Lexus owners will be able to join this club and not only gain access to the luxurious amenities but they’ll also be given a great location for watching the games, right along the 30-yard-line.
