, the Little Car Company is producing a 3/4 scale replica of the 250 Testa Rossa. It won’t be a full-size recreation of the Testa Rossa and it’ll be designed for kids. This isn’t just a toy though, as the replica can actually drive.
The original Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa
The Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa was first introduced in 1957 and produced until 1961. The

sports car is powered by a Ferrari Colombo V12 engine and could get from 0 to 62 in four seconds. With 295 horsepower, the 250 Testa Rossa could reach a maximum speed of 167 mph.The power and quality of the vehicle made it a dominant force in racing during its run. Ferrari 250 Testa Rossas won the 24 Hours of Le Mans three times, 12 Hours of Sebring three times, and 1000 km Buenos Aires twice. This is just a small portion of the car's impressive resume.

A small scale replica of the Testa Rossa
In honor of Ferrari's iconic racer, the Little Car Company is releasing an official replica of the 250 Testa Rossa that’s 75% of its original size. It's called the Testa Rossa J. The aluminum body is designed to replicate the look and feel of the 250 Testa Rossa, and the leather interior matches the quality of the original.
This isn't meant to simply be a decorative piece either, as the Testa Rossa J is designed to be driven. The replica uses a 12 kW electric drivetrain to reach speeds of 37 mph.
To accommodate the less experienced drivers, the Testa Rossa J has four driving modes ranging from Novice to Sport. These modes limit the top speeds that the vehicle can reach. Adults may be able to fit in the seats, but the setup is meant for smaller drivers.

Driving an original Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa is a fantasy for many, but it’s one that’s hard to achieve. Today, the Testa Rossa sells for about $30 million, according to The Drive.
Fortunately, the Testa Rossa J can fill about 75% of the void. Those interested in the miniature Ferrari should be on the lookout, as the Little Car Company only plans to build 299 units for now.
