Produced in the U.S. between 1981 and 2004, the Chevrolet S truck S10
maintained a bolt pattern of 5x4.75 in or 5x120.7 mm throughout its North American career. Essentially, this means each wheel’s five bolts form a circle that is 4.75 inches in diameter. In over two decades as an American compact pickup truck, the S10 went through several rebrandings and redesigns before discontinuing in North America in 2004. Despite all of its changes, though, the S10 kept a consistent bolt pattern during its American reign, which makes upgrading its rims that much easier.

All North American S10 models between 1981 and 2004 have a bolt pattern of 5x4.75in or 5x120.7mm. If you’re unfamiliar with Chevy lug patterns, they follow the same formula as other vehicles:

You can therefore decode your S10 bolt pattern to mean that each wheel has five bolts and that they form a circle with a 4.75-inch diameter. How to measure your Chevy’s bolt pattern
If you want to get more hands-on with your S10’s bolt pattern, or you want to double-check the numbers you’ve read online, you can always measure your bolt pattern yourself.
All you have to do is grab a ruler and measure the distance across your bolts’ imaginary circle. Since the S10 has an uneven number of bolts, you’ll want to measure from the outer edge of any lug hole to the center of either one of the nearest opposite bolts. The resulting number is your diameter.
Add this to the number of bolts on each wheel, and you’ve got your bolt pattern on hand!
